Shipping

We ship all orders by Yamato Transport.
We ship anywhere in Japan at a fixed rate of 500 yen.
Orders over 5,000 yen get free shipping!

Shipping Times

All of our products are made to order. We currently estimate a shipping time of one week to 10 days. If you need expedited shipping please contact us before placing your order.

Combined Shipping

If you have an open order and would like to place additional orders, you can choose to have your orders shipped together. By selecting the combined shipping option, shipping for the additional order will be free and all items will be shipped together.
Combined shipping can be selected on the checkout page when you have an order in process.

If you have already paid for shipping on your first order and you place additional orders combining them to the first one, and the total order amount exceeds 5,000 yen,  we will refund the shipping cost.

Returns

Please feel free to contact us if you find any damage or defects in the items you receive.
Even if the product is not what you imagined or you ordered the wrong item, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
